1: Why am I not seeing the PLC listed?
Verify
that the PLC is connected to the network by checking the cable
connection. Also, confirm that the computer and the PLC are in the
same network address range (for example: 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.5).

2: How do I see real-time data?
Select
the Display Real-Time Data option in Step 3. Optionally, you can
enter the desired refresh interval in the Refresh Interval section of
configuration.

3: How do I register my copy of Remote Set Point?
Start
Remote Set Point and go to Help -> Registration in the menu. You will
then see a window with a Key field. Copy the key in this field and go to:
www.bizwaredirect.com/remotesetpointregistration.aspx
Enter
the serial number assigned to you. This can be found on the back of the
software case. Next, paste
the key that was copied from the Remote Set Point Registration window into the
Key field on the Web form. Click Register. If successful,
a new and unique key code will be created for you. Copy this new key, and paste
it into the original Remote
Set Point Registration screen. Click OK.
