Guidelines for Returns

• When returning products, return them in the original packaging, in like-new condition (For 30-day money-back returns).

• Include a brief note of explanation for the return.

• Return all documentation and any other components included with the original order.  

• Do not mark or write on the original product boxes.

• Use an appropriate shipping container to avoid product damage.

• Do not return partial shipments. All returns must be received in completion.

If you follow these procedures, your refund, replacement or credit will not be delayed. Shipments that do not follow the above procedures may be delayed, not honored or returned to sender.
